Eligibility for Refunds

  2. Incorrect Items Received – If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will issue a refund or send the correct product at no additional cost.
  3. Unopened & Unused Products – If you change your mind and the product is still unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, sterilized, or damaged due to improper handling.
  • Custom-made or personalized instruments that were manufactured specifically for you.
  • Items purchased on clearance or promotional discounts, unless defective.
  • Returns requested after 14 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning the product for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
